MexicoBERLIN, July 2 (Reuters) - Mexican referee Benito Archundia will take charge of Tuesday's World Cup semi-final between Germany and Italy in Dortmund, FIFA said on Sunday.
The linesmen are Mexican Jose Ramirez and Canadian Hector Vergara with Japan's Toru Kamikawa the fourth official.
